Rowan doesn't save Emma in the Taming My Bullies 3 Episode 13, even though he briefly checks on her. Instead, August does it, and Rowan ends up rescuing Morgan. Still, such things aren't enough for Rowan to threaten to get Emma out to MEA and for August to defend Emma. Will Emma's shouting grab Rowan's attention this time?
