On her wedding day, Sabine brother Leo spills red wine on her mother's heirloom wedding dress. Her fiancé Marco then pressures her to apologize to Ava. She publicly calls off the engagement, and leaves the Ricci household to study design under Nora, an old acquaintance of her late mother. After Sabine's departure, Leo and Marco finally realize how their years of favoring Ava have hurt her. Plagued by remorse, they set out to find her.
