They were fiercely protective and deeply loyal to each other. So when they married the Harper brothers, Ella to the eldest brother, Charles, a fire captain, and Leah to Noah, the youngest brother and a renowned surgeon, the girls truly believed they were walking into their fairy tales. Only to quickly realize their marriage was a nightmare they would soon regret.

It all started when Charles and Noah Harper fell into Megan’s deception. She was their ex who put on an innocent act to fool them. As a result, Charles and Noah continued to neglect and betray their wives. But the last straw was on their third year wedding anniversary.

Ella was pregnant, and she was excited to welcome her husband home. But Megan Vance orchestrated a fire and trapped her inside the blazing room. With her life in danger, Ella called her husband, Charles, to the rescue. But Charles ignored her pleas for help. Instead, he mistook her desperate call for a fake emergency and chose to rescue Megan’s cat.

With her life in danger, it’s Leah who rushed to save Ella’s life. Risking her life, Leah pulled Ella out of the fire. However, the damage was done. Ella and her unborn life were in danger, needing urgent surgery. The best bet to save them was renowned surgeon Noah Harper, so Leah contacted her husband.

But she faced the worst betrayal when Noah mistook the truth for lies and instead chose to save Megan’s cat. As a result, Ella survived, but sadly her son didn’t. While Ella mourned her baby, Charles and Noah were busy giving out an interview, mistaken for heroes after they saved a cat over a dying pregnant woman. So Ella decided she had enough.

After years of silently enduring her husband’s betrayal, Ella was done. So she decided to contact the divorce lawyers and leave her husband for good. On the other hand, Leah Morris too had enough of Noah’s neglect. She chose sisterhood over her toxic marriage and jointly filed for divorce with Ella. Unaware of his marriage falling apart, Charles was too blinded by Megan’s lies. He even called his wife, Ella, a very manipulative woman when she broke the news of their divorce, refusing to believe Ella had lost their baby until he met his wife at court.

Finally, Ella and Leah faced their toxic husbands in court as Homegirls Before Husbands movie took a turn. Charles Harper and Noah Harper walked into the courtroom. But they weren’t alone; they were joined by Megan, who tried to put on a sob story. However, Leah and Ella weren’t naive like the Harper brothers to fall for her deceptive act. Even at the mediation, Charles demanded that Ella apologize to Megan.

So Ella Foster signed the divorce papers and ended their marriage. Leah too ended her toxic marriage, choosing her friendship over her husband. Only when Ella walked away did Charles uncover the truth. She had lost their baby. But Megan tried to twist the story by taking things too far by accusing Ella of hurting her child. Hit with false accusations, will Ella and Leah seek their revenge against Megan and their neglectful husbands?

Watch Movie Now >>

Part 3: Heartbreaking Scenes to Watch Out for in Homegirls Before Husbands Movie

Episode 1

Ella Foster and her best friend Leah Morris married Charles Harper and Noah Harper in the Homegirls Before Husbands movie. But their marriage was no fairytale. Three years later, pregnant Ella was all set to celebrate her third anniversary when Charles’s ex Megan Vance started a fire and locked Ella inside the burning house.

With her life in danger, Ella contacted her husband to save her and their unborn child. But instead of concern, Charles dismissed her pleas for rescue. Instead, he assumed her emergency to be a fake plea and chose to help Megan save her cat. Luckily, Leah was able to pull Ella out of the fire.

However, Ella’s condition was critical, needing immediate surgery. The best surgeon to save Ella was Leah’s husband, Noah. But when Leah called Noah, he mocked her situation, as he too chose to save Megan’s cat, betraying Ella and Leah in the Homegirls Before Husbands movie.

Episode 5

Ella lost their unborn child after her husband’s negligence. After three years of enduring his neglect and emotional abuse while he ignored her to cater to his ex’s whims, Ella finally realized she deserved better. Meanwhile, Charles Harper was hailed as a hero for rescuing a cat alongside his brother Noah.

Heartbroken, Ella Foster decided to file for divorce and arrange for her son’s funeral. Leah too joined Ella to end her toxic marriage with Noah. Ready to burn her toxic marriage, Ella finally confronted her husband and asked for a divorce. But in return, Charles, still failing to see the truth, accused her of faking a miscarriage and blowing lives with lies. Expecting her to crawl back, he agreed to a divorce unaware his negligence had cost their unborn’s life.

Episode 11

Ella Foster and Charles Harper reunited in court in the Homegirls Before Husbands movie. At the divorce mediation, he even demanded Ella apologize, trying to bribe her with gifts he picked with his ex.

So having had enough, Ella asked her disgusting husband to sign the divorce papers, ready to walk away from her toxic marriage, immediately leaving her husband to face the consequences of his actions.

Watch Movie Now >>

Part 4: Conclusion

Homegirls Before Husbands is a heartbreaking drama starring Nicole Mattox, Mark Pontarelli, and Mariah Moss.
