A Kid with 10 Parents

It is 2042 and humanity has lost billions of people, but many have stepped up to the responsibility of the times and handled the ecological crises and ethical population growth. But how did we get here? Ten pioneers of the upside-down family, ten adults supporting one child, raised a daughter, Sage, in the face of doubt and apathy. Though everyone around them said one person can make no difference, or they should blame corporations or government, they chose to do the right thing anyway. The hard thing. The thing that parents do. And as an increasingly humbled world around them collapsed, more people began to grown more mature, more wise, and more kind. And Sage has develops as a fully realized human and a leader. The first clip is in 2042 after a horrific assassination and retaliation. (The family keeps Sages identity private but they read her vlog posts for her.). Sage falls into a deep grief but then rises from it and delivers a message to the world. Jonah, reading it, realizes they may have actually succeeded.
