After the werewolf heir Victor dies, his human widow Violet is brought to Moon Shadow Castle, only to be despised by his younger brother Edward, the new Alpha heir. He believes she is a gold-digger, especially since they shared a secret one-night stand three years ago. When Violet’s brother tries to force her to abort, Edward saves her. Through prejudice and protection, they slowly fall into a forbidden love and become fated mates.
