Five years ago, Lyra Jones became pregnant with Charles Coleman's child. During delivery, she suffered severe hemorrhage and was critical. Charles' subordinate posed as her relative, bribed a nurse, took the twins to Charles, and Lyra was told they didn't survive.
Five years later, Lyra was harassed by Raymond Walter in a jewelry store. She pretended to be married with a child and asked her friend Mia Clark to find her a husband. During a blind date at a coffee shop, her conversation with Mia was overheard by Patrick and Andrew Coleman, who posed as the date's children. Charles returned to the shop, discovered the children had replaced the date, and took them away. Raymond suddenly showed up and demanded Lyra repay the money, leading Charles to mistakenly think she was a gold digger. Despite this, Charles married Lyra for the children's sake.
While Lyra was buying gifts for Charles' children at the jewelry store, Raymond appeared. Charles helped Lyra handle the situation, and they went home to celebrate the kids' birthdays. Later, Lyra moved in with Charles. One day after work, Raymond attacked Lyra in retaliation, and Charles, who was picking her up, saved her. Raymond's wife later came to the store causing trouble for Lyra but left upset.
With Charles' assistance, Lyra signed a contract with Mr. Martin, followed by a KTV celebration. Charles, suspecting Lyra's identity, asked Gavin Brown to investigate. While shopping with Mia, Lyra encountered Charles and Zoe Brown, realizing her feelings for Charles. After Charles clarified Zoe's identity, they returned home, where they met Dennis Coleman. Charles explained the situation to Dennis to protect his identity.
While the jewelry store celebrated Lyra's entry into the Coleman Group competition, she discovered Charles' true identity and sought a divorce. Zoe then admitted her feelings for Charles and urged Lyra to leave him. With friends' support, Charles worked tirelessly to reconcile with Lyra. Meanwhile, Zoe found out Lyra was the children's biological mother, destroyed the evidence, and had Lena Shire pose as their mother.
Ultimately, Charles' efforts led Lyra to forgive him while discovering her identity. Later, Lena kidnapped Lyra to threaten Charles, revealing everything to her.

Eloise Bishop, a hardworking worker, unexpectedly got involved in the murder of Kieran Harris by Ophelia Evert. Both were killed by Ophelia, but both were reborn with supernatural abilities with the help of Alfred.
Eloise's ability was an indestructible body and a pitiful fate that she could never escape from poverty. She would cause any valuable thing to explode when she came across it. Kieran was much luckier to read minds.
After their rebirth, they met again after a car accident. Kieran learned everything that happened to Eloise through mind reading and felt guilty, so he took Eloise in and had her work for him. He tolerated Eloise's poverty and bad luck and the troubles it brought, and their relationship warmed up as they got along. They also had many jokes because Kieran's ability and Eloise's inconsistency in her heart caused problems.
However, Ophelia believed that Eloise was blocking her revenge plan and constantly set traps, but they were all solved by Kieran, who could know everything, with Eloise's help. Eventually, Kieran's mother exposed the truth of the past, and Ophelia went insane.
The biggest trouble Ophelia created was Felix Laurent.
Felix's second personality planned a murder and involved Kieran and Eloise in it. But unexpectedly, Eloise defeated all the killers. Felix's first personality discovered that Eloise was very similar to his sister, so his second personality changed its attitude. He constantly competed with Kieran for Eloise's attention and affection. The relationship among the three was constantly strained. The second personality designed one conspiracy after another to take away Eloise, but he found that Eloise would always value Kieran more.
So the psychologically distorted Felix intended to eliminate both of them directly. At the critical moment, Baron Yeats, Felix's mother, and Kieran's mother arrived. The long-forgotten misunderstandings were revealed, and everyone knew the truth, leading to a happy ending.
