Wife of hard-working farmer Harry Spencer left him to marry a rich guy in town. Harry sold his vegetables for years to raise his two kids. His son Liam became the town's top scorer in the uni-entrace exam and refused to call Harry his dad at the graduation ceremony. Fortunately, Harry's adopted daughter Fiona came back to repay her dad's kindness.

Four siblings were born into a poor rural family, but they were happy as long as they were together. Everything changed when their parents tragically drowned, causing their already struggling family to collapse completely. The eldest sibling, at just ten years old, was unable to support the younger ones on their own.
