Elena is drugged by her stepfather and, at a masked ball, has a night with Vincent—a powerful heir who can't touch any woman due to childhood trauma. She gives birth to Leo, but Frank sends the baby to an orphanage. Vincent recognizes his tie at the scene, adopts Leo, and brings him home.
Desperate to reclaim her child, Elena applies as a wet nurse at Cunningham Manor, reuniting with Vincent—neither recognizes the other. Leo only drinks Elena's milk. Vincent discovers Elena is the only woman he can touch without repulsion, and gradually falls for her.
