Selena Ward was Aria’s maid who soon used a wolfsbane potion to fake a mate bond between her and Aria’s fiancé’. This turned Aria’s life upside down as she could only watch Adrian and Julian shift their loyalty, love, and care towards Selena, who soon replaced her.
Worse, Adrian and Julian refused to stand up for Aria when she was falsely framed by Selena of attacking her. With their betrayal, Aria Greenfield sent out a marriage proposal to Damien Kane, who accepted on the condition that the wedding be held in three days.

Three months before Aria turned eighteen, Selena had used a wolfsbane potion to fake a mate bond between Adrian, Julian, and her. Her fake spell worked as Adrian and Julian, who never once had Aria question her place in their lives, found themselves betraying her.
