Violet Black, the female lead of After the Alpha’s Cruel Trials part 2, was born to the family of the Beta of Crimson Moon pack. They had no natural resources, nor what it took to compete with the big wigs, and only survived on the treaties they made with stronger packs.

The Black family, even though it was seemingly loving, had endured a terrible controversy after Violet’s mother discovered that her husband had not only kept his relationship with his fated mate, but also had a daughter the same age as their own.
Her blood pressure grew dangerously and instead of recovery, she continued to get worst. She was best friends with the Luna of Nightshade pack, as Luna Imogen was originally from Crimson Moon before finding her mate in the Alpha of Nightshade. Kaden Cross was the male lead of After the Alpha’s Cruel Trials part 2. He was the son of the Alpha of Crimson Moon pack, which meant that he was in line to becoming the Alpha. His friendship with Violet had started when they were kids. And he once fell from a tree and Violet broke his fall with her body. While her actions saved his life, her wolf was weakened.
But their relationship had grown stronger after that event and at the age of sixteen, after her mother’s demise, they discovered they were fated mates. Her loss had also strengthened their relationship as he made her different promises he intended to keep, until Veronica Black, her stepsister, arrived and made him realize he couldn’t have a weakling for the future Luna.
Veronica Black
Veronica Black was the second female lead of After the Alpha’s Cruel Trials part 2. She was the same age as Violet, even though she was an illegitimate child of Beta Logan Black and his fated mate. Logan had found his mate in a rival pack and lost the approval of his parents to marry her. He’d only agreed to marry Violet’s mother after his birthright was threatened.
Just as Kaden at first sight, had seen a stronger and more attractive shewolf in Veronica, she’d also seen the promises he held. He was the future Alpha of this pack and becoming Luna was the dream of every shewolf. That, plus the fact that she shared her mother’s hatred for the woman that stole her mate, Veronica vowed to take everything from Violet.
Sebastian Imogen
Sebastian Imogen was the second male lead of After the Alpha’s Cruel Trials part 2. He was the son of Luna Imogen and the Alpha of Nightshade pack. Nightshade was the strongest pack in America, they were also wealthy and their territory existed in the heart of Los Angeles. His mother was best friends with Violet’s mother as they grew up together in Crimson Moon.
But while she found her fated mate and moved away at eighteen, Violet’s mother had been unfortunate to be a chosen mate and not a fated. But their friendship had grown, and only for her sake did Nightshade accept a treaty from Crimson Moon. And when ever she visited, she came with her son, Sebastian.
