Part 1. The True Inspiration Beneath the From Rags To Riches Plot
Brisa Dobbin is an unhappy wife left inside the house since she was diagnosed with a critical illness. Since she had loved her husband, Dax, for a long time, she always followed his words, without thinking whether things would be better with his decisions.
With his fake promises, she fell so deep and even devoted her whole life to their marriage. However, nothing from those promises was fulfilled. What she had was a miserable married life.
One day, she found out that their maid was putting poison in her soup to make her health deteriorate. She secretly kept it to herself and stopped taking it.
It turned out that Dax wanted to kill her little by little so that he could finally get together with his mistress, Miah. Brisa knew all about his secret affair, and she wanted a divorce.
Night came, and Brisa ran away to leave Dax for good. Yet she was caught in an accident in the middle of the road, bumped by a luxurious car. Hugh Chaucer, a prominent man, happened to hit her accidentally.
