Part 1: Moving on From My Bodyguard Movie Summary
Princess Eliza was the daughter of the princess of Scotland. Her grandmother was the present Queen and she was next in line to be Queen. As the tradition upheld, she was betrothed to one of the princes in the lineage. This was because hardly did blue blood citizens intermarry with commoners. Many royal families prefer endogamy so as to produce only pure breeds.
It was dutied upon princess Eliza to marry her cousin, Daniel. In such marital arrangements, the feeling of love and flustering of butterflies were inconsequential. But nevertheless, Eliza had managed to fall in love with Daniel beyond the requirements of duty. This wasn’t too difficult as Daniel was appealing and handsome. Even though she didn’t expect much, she gave her all.
But she continued to notice a few glitches in the relationship as they continued to grow up together. In matters where Daniel was not supposed to be nonchalant, he wouldn’t even know what to do. The feeling of attraction wasn’t a requirement, but not once did she encounter a romantic accident with the man who was supposed to be her husband for the rest of her existence.
Because those were prohibited areas of discussion before the wedding, Eliza didn’t make an issue out of it. She simply learned to compliment his shortcomings and cautioned herself to remain satisfied with the bare minimum. It was now a week to the wedding, which would subsequently lead to the coronation. To be crowned Queen of Scotland, Eliza must be married.
The wedding plans had kicked off and she’d selected a dress. It was mounted in her bedroom where she enjoyed staring at it. She had just returned from a brief shopping when she decided to visit Daniel’s quarters and give him gifts. But when she arrived his bedroom, she was surprised to find the bed so romantically decorated with red roses and two glasses of wine, waiting.
This was odd because Daniel had never done something like that for her. But she was overjoyed that he was finally beginning to wake up probably an effect of their forthcoming wedding. She would continue to the bathroom to find him sitting naked in a well decorated Jacuzzi. She would begin a romantic speech only to watch as her brother arose from the same Jacuzzi also naked.

Princess Eliza
Princess Eliza was the main character of Moving on From My Bodyguard movie. She was a beautiful young lady with all the attributes associated with princesses. This was a girl who’d been raised with the charisma of being a Queen. She was taught to not display emotions carelessly, to not cry in public and to never discuss her inner feelings with anyone at all.
Because she was a different human from all the human beings in the world, she was dutied upon to get married to one of her cousins who happened to also be a prince, a blue blood and the only qualified young man to ever have access to her body. Now, imagine that she’d been virgin since she was born, but she was dutied to marry a man who was not attracted to women.
Daniel
Daniel was the male lead of Moving on From My Bodyguard movie, he was an exceptionally handsome young man. It would seem that homosexuality had become a trait found only among excessively handsome men. But nonetheless, it was not being pretty that made Daniel the way he was. He was simply a man who enjoyed romance with the same sex.
Daniel had fallen in love with Eliza’s half brother a long time ago. Eliza had no idea, but the entire family knew he was gay. The problem wasn’t even his romantic preferences, as most gay men still have relationships with the opposite sex. The problem was that he was the kind of gay men who had no feelings of attraction to the opposite sex. He was absolutely wrong for Eliza.
Derek Hill
Probably because Eliza had seen something she shouldn’t have, especially as royal homosexuals must do everything to keep their mischief a secret, Eliza was pushed down the tall palace building on the same evening after walking in on the heated romantic session of Daniel and her brother. And after she informed the Queen about the attack, a bodyguard was needed.
Derek Hill was the second male lead of Moving on From My Bodyguard movie. He’d been one of the young men who signed up for the esteemed position of protecting the princess after the accident. Princess Eliza would discover she was developing some feelings for him after they first met on his arrival for the interview. It would seem that he could be her much needed savior.

This was a happy week for Eliza as the end of it would see to the marriage solemnization between herself and her cousin, Daniel. The preparations were on the way and a lot of equipment were arriving at the palace. This was also the week in which she would become the crowned Queen of Scotland.
While she’d gotten used to Daniel’s negligence in the relationship, she’d managed to remain committed to making him feel loved and accepted. She was on this act and had gotten him some gifts while she was out shopping that afternoon. She’d just returned and gone looking for him in his room, when she walked into him relaxing naked in the Jacuzzi.

Daniel was embarrassed on Eliza’s arrival. She’d seen the well doctorates bedroom. There were petals on the bed, some of them were used to draw a heart around well placed glasses of champagne. There were two of those glasses and they helped to convince her that he’d done it in the anticipation of her arrival. She’d walked into the bathroom elated.
She started immediately to eulogize his actions. She was saying how she knew he’d never done something like that for her before, how she was now convinced that their parents had done well to get them betrothed… but the words died on her lips when someone else arose from the Jacuzzi where Daniel was seated. He was her brother and he was also naked.

Eliza was dumbfounded, she started to weep immediately, stating how they’d been betrothed since childhood. Wondering how this could have been happening and she had no idea. The question that bothered her was about the forthcoming wedding ceremony and you can’t imagine Daniel’s response. He’d managed to recover from the initial shock…
He immediately started to inform Eliza how if she wanted to be Queen she must continue with the marriage arrangement the way it was. He was convinced that it was his involvement that validated Eliza’s claim to the throne of Scotland. And he didn’t stop there, he started to make plans for the wedding because to him it must happen whether Eliza liked it or not.

The major lesson Moving on From My Bodyguard movie holds is the need for everyone to accept who they are. There was nothing wrong with Daniel except that he was a man who refused to accept who he was and a marriage to such a man was destined to be disastrous.
