Part 1: Pucked in the Friend Zone Movie Summary: High School Best Friends to Pretend Lovers
Grayson Hayes was the golden boy of Maples High. He was the popular hockey captain loved and admired by many. Whereas Reese Foster was an invisible, nerdy geek, bullied and targeted often. Yet Reese and Grayson were inseparable best friends.
Grayson was Reese’s everything; they had been with each other through bad haircuts and life’s worst moments, like when Reese lost her mother. Be it celebrating each other’s success, happiness, or being each other’s rock through tough times, Grayson and Reese were pure friendship goals.
However, Reese Foster didn’t want to be Grayson’s friend anymore. Secretly in love with Grayson for years, Reese Foster wanted to be his girlfriend. After years of silence over what she actually feels for her best friend, Reese was ready to confess on their prom night.
