Part 1: The Sleep Contract Dailymotion Movie Plot Introduction
Philippe Bastian and Michael Stone were best of friends. They’d met in kindergarten as babies because their families owned properties at an expensive area of Paris. They were both from wealthy families, but the kids were too little to understand the happenstances around them. Their parents ran the legal pharmaceutical businesses of France and were presently quarreling seriously.
Even though pharmacy businesses were legal, it had the same rudiments as drug business. Actually, pharmacy businesses were the first cartel and mafia organizations until things settled legally in the business, giving room to drug trafficking and illegal productions that led to drug wars and dangerous mafia organizations. In France, the Bastian, Stone and Dubois families ran the pharmacy.
And they belonged to one club, which formed the strong hold of pharmaceutical businesses in France and Paris. But when Philippe and Micheal were five years old, the Dubois and Bastian families turned against the Stone family. A war ensued and resulted in the assassination of Mr. Stone and his wife. This accident made Michael an orphan and the premature leader of the Stone family.
But because they were rigged out of the pharmaceutical business, their branches started to fall and slowly the Stone family became a middle class. But Michael and Philippe continued to be friends. They went to the same high school, graduated from the same university and while Philippe got to run a branch of Bastian pharmaceuticals, Michael started working at a multinational.
As boys, they shared every secret and partnered in mischievous activities. Where one was wrong, the other could be found. If one went to prison, the other was certainly in the same cell. But while Philippe had a girlfriend, Michael preferred to switch women. A bad habit that was strengthened when Philippe’s girlfriend broke up with him and eloped with an aged billionaire.
But the playboy had developed a crush he couldn’t shake on a girl who worked at their favorite coffee shop. Neither Michael nor Philippe knew who she was. To them, she was a commoner as only a commoner would take on such menial jobs. While Michael continued to pursue his crush, Philippe received an automatum to marry the heiress of the Dubois family as agreed before time.

Philippe Bastian
Philippe Bastian was the male lead of The Sleep Contract movie. He was a handsome young man, very tall and chiseled as only French boys could be. He was born wealthy, of course, and rolled in high society as only men of his caliber could do. The Bastian family was one of the most powerful families of Paris and they owned the legal pharmaceutical businesses of the country.
But Philippe was a disturbed young man, having been raised a spoiled little brat really told on his personality. He was the kind of men who preferred to gallivant from one party to another, bringing attention to the aspect of life his family and the cartel didn’t need. Because of their crimes and the secret they held precious, being on the spotlight was detrimental to their well-being.
Emmeline Castro
Emmeline Castro was the female lead of The Sleep Contract movie. She was a woman of about twenty eight. Like the Bastian, Stone and Dubois families, the Castro family was also wealthy and powerful. This was why she was able to be girlfriend to Philippe Bastian. While he wasn’t her first, she was his first love. And because of this, loved her very desperately. But Emmelia wanted more.
Philippe was a good man, but he was also spoiled rotten. In fact, at the age of twenty eight, he still couldn’t make his own choices, stand up for himself or decide on exactly what he wanted. He was such a little boy and Emmeline couldn’t bear it. She would break his heart the first chance she got and left the country with a man very much older than her peers. But she was back in town.
Ava Dubois
Ava Dubois was the second female lead of The Sleep Contract movie. She played the role of an only child and heiress of the Dubois group of companies. This company also dealt in pharmaceutical materials, and while the Bastian family was powerful, the Dubois ruled the city. The Dubois was like the president of the cartel that ran all pharmaceutical businesses in the country.
But Ava was the kind of women who preferred to work. This demeanor always made her father sad, but because he couldn’t control her, he preferred to set her up to do his bidding. Who Ava married was of utmost importance. Because everything depended on it. The pharmaceutical industry held a secret that needed to remain within the cartel, therefore she must be married to Philippe Bastian.
Michael Stone
Michael Stone was the second male lead of The Sleep Contract movie. He played the role of an only child and heir of the Stone family. The Stone family were members of the progenitors of pharmaceutical businesses of France and Paris. Which meant they used to be a part of the cartel, until the fatal accident that killed his parents. Micheal was very young and had no idea until later.
He was best friends with Philippe Bastian and the boys rolled together. He’d discovered he was liking the waitress who served tables at their favorite restaurant. Of all the girls in the world, he’d fallen for an ordinary waitress. But little did he know that Ava Dubois was actually the Ava Dubois. He would make his feelings known, even get Philippe to help him win her over, but a battle brewed.
