Penelope loves chaos, Kate craves control, and together they navigate the wild ride of adult life. From flirting to freedom, betrayals to bad decisions and a few fucks in between, they start to realise that maybe things really are, THAT DEEP.
Not That Deep is a sharp, unfiltered series following two best friends as they navigate the mess of modern adulthood. One impulsive decision, overshared text, and unexpected breakthrough at a time. Across hookups, heartbreaks, and healing hangovers, the series dives headfirst into themes of identity, intimacy, and independence, proving that beneath every I'm fine is something much deeper. With biting humour and heartfelt moments, Not That Deep reflects a generation that is learning to feel everything while pretending to feel nothing. *This entry is participating in the ReelShort Reel Vertical Impact contest
The Lost Ones

Inspired by Ninja Theory's Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, we proudly present "The Lost Ones".
In anticipation of the release of Senua's Saga: Hellblade II, we wanted to explore and speculate on the journey of Senua between the events of the first and second games. From leaving Hel, to where we might find Senua in the opening moments of Senua's Saga. Our crew had been fans of Hellblade since its release in 2017, and after expressing our excitement for the upcoming sequel, we decided to create a short film together as a love letter to the series.
Starring:
Allison Dayne as Senua
Michelle Pokopac as the Morrigan
Blair Phillips as the Fomorian
and Katie Nixon as Galena.
With Furies:
Megan Ciafre
Marley Tressler
Kristen Nielsen
Katie Nixon
Directed by Braden McClain
So to Ninja Theory and the entire crew of the Hellblade series, we say, "Thank You." Thank you for making such a powerful project that resonated so deeply with your community. Thank you for your masterful treatment and care regarding Mental Health. Thank you for allowing the voices to be heard. You are doing incredible work, and we cannot wait to see where Senua's story leads next.
DISCLAIMER: This fan film is not affiliated with Ninja Theory or the "Hellblade" series. If you enjoyed the short, please support Ninja Theory and Heilung for creating the incredible art that inspired us to create this piece.
"Svanrand", Original Song by Heilung from the 2019 "Futha" Album.
Covered for "The Lost Ones: A Hellblade Fan Film" by Tyler McClain. Special thanks to Heilung and Season of Mist for allowing us to cover their song for this project.
And be sure to support Ninja Theory with the enhanced release of "Senua's Saga: Hellblade II"!*This entry is participating in the ReelShort Reel Vertical Impact contest
Accidental Affairs

A thrilling trip through Darwin‑Award‑style accidents, CSI‑parody investigations, and the off‑kilter world of Accidental Affairs, created by Tom Konkle and David Beeler—a surreal, vertical series that blends Adult Swim-esque absurdity with CSI tropes. The story of a so-called elite team that investigates work‑place accidents and safety violations… but accidentally makes everything far worse. Directed by Tom Konkle. Written and created by Konkle and Beeler. Each case on the show parodies recognizable CSI tropes—investigation boards, VFX reconstructions—except the investigators are monstrosities of incompetence who amplify the chaos.
Perfectly aligned with vertical comedy series tone—snappy, absurd, visually bold, formatted for mobile audiences.*This entry is participating in the ReelShort Reel Vertical Impact contest
I love dopamine

Under the impact of AI, the world of artist Chen Mo has been reduced to a palette of "high-grade gray"-- a muted monotonous tone. When he is forced to deliver his last remaining painting to "No. 8" Café & Floral Studio, an accident occurs: coffee stains ruin his work. Duo An, the owner of the studio and a girl as vibrant and uplifting as dopamine itself, transforms those stains using yellow phalaenopsis orchids, breathing new life and a fresh image into the once lifeless painting.
This "destruction" becomes the starting point of their connection. He uses his philosophy of gray tones to elevate the sophistication of her colors, while she introduces him to the "economics of color"-- helping him embrace the immediate beauty of the present moment. When the anxiety of reality drives Chen Mo to a breakdown, leading him to hurt Duo An with harsh words, he finally comes to his senses. In the end, he abandons copying others' works; instead, he uses the colors she brought into his life to paint unique flowers on the "gray canvas" that was once his world.
Together, they run the "No. 8" Studio. His shades of gray have now become the most beautiful backdrop for her vivid colors.*This entry is participating in the ReelShort Reel Vertical Impact contest
