Part 1: Explore The Viral Hollywood’s Romance Plot: Dream On Full Movie Summary
In the Dream On movie based on Jennifer Hartmann’s novel, the story follows Lexington Hall and Stevie St. James. He was Hollywood’s most popular face, who turned eighteen, bagged the best youth actor award, and created chaos by announcing he was quitting acting & Hollywood.
Desperate for a normal life, he ditched his stardom and elite life in LA and moved to Maple Creek, a small town looking for a new start. But when his crazy fan girls followed him, Lexington Hall got into a car accident with Stevie St. James while on the run to escape his fans.
Stevie St. James couldn’t care less about Lexington Hall’s Hollywood celebrity status. Instead, she called him out for being a spoiled jerk before she decided to chase her acting dreams by giving auditions for a school play. But when her acting partner, Jameson, failed to show up, it was Lexington Hall who stepped up. Despite his acting hiatus, he charmed the crowd as he played Darcy in the school’s play—Pride & Prejudice.
Their chemistry was intense, and the duo got cast in the lead roles, provided they acted together. Hence, Stevie struck a deal. She offered Lexington a spare room in her farm in exchange for him to become her acting partner. Desperate for a normal life, Lexington ditched his five-star hotel and ended up on Stevie’s farm, where he wasn’t a star but a simple eighteen-year-old away from his fans.
With Stevie being the generous hostess, she helped Lexington Hall around. But doing so, she innocently and accidentally got into various compromising positions that ignited the romance spark between the country girl and the Hollywood star. Just when things got heated between them, Veronica Hall, Lexington’s controlling mother and agent, tracked him down.
Threatening to legally ruin her son’s life, Veronica swore to destroy Stevie’s life too, calling her a farm gold digger, and tried to force his son back to Hollywood, not caring about his needs, using him as a financial pawn in Hollywood. Will this hellish mother break Stevie & Lexington’s blossoming love?

So Stevie opened up about her grandmother and her acting dreams and even offered a spare bedroom in her farm to strike a deal with Lexington Hall. This worked as Lexington, tired of his fans chasing after him, decided to give up on his luxury hotel and settle for a quiet life on Stevie’s farm.
