Set in the futuristic world, End of the World Start of My Empire’s plot introduced us to Arthur Morgan, one of the last five percent of the population that remained in the wasteland. On this earth, there was just one rule: eat or be eaten.
To survive, Arthur Morgan had to scavenge goods and trade off trash for food. Reduced to scraping, Arthur was often bullied and robbed by Jack and Evan, his high school bullies. However, when Arthur found a dead man whose body had turned grayish, a strange ring on the dead man caught his attention.
Without giving it much thought, Arthur Morgan took the ring and wore it. This chance discovery led him to alien technology as he became the new host to the system whose purpose was to select a host and bind him to compatible partners.After societal collapse, the system’s mission was to preserve humanity.
Only when Arthur Morgan ended up at a barter trade where Linton sisters Mary and Karen were sold off as items did Arthur realize he’s bound to the system as its new host. His first mission was to rescue the sisters. Failure to do so meant the host’s death.
So Arthur Morgan, going against his former high school classmates Jack and Evan, traded the last of his food to save the sisters. Unlike other men, Arthur Morgan cared about rescuing them rather than attacking them. So Mary’s and Karen’s affection rose high, which helped Arthur earn rewards.
As Arthur saved Mary and Karen, they became bound as his spouses, and next he also went to save Susan, a Hollywood star, his third wife. From a bullied loser to now a man with three beautiful wives hungry for his affection, Arthur’s life changes. Ten years after World War 3 ended with ninety-five percent of the world’s population gone overnight, people were barely holding on after the nuclear fallout. One of the survivors in the wasteland was Arthur Morgan. He was trading scraps in exchange for food. But his life changed when he found a ring imbued with alien technology that connected him to a system.
As Arthur traded the scraps for food, he found two beautiful sisters sold at the barter trade. With his system activated, Arthur, now the host, was on a mission to preserve humanity by rescuing the girls and making them his wives.
Episode 2
The system was created by a higher-dimensional extraterrestrial civilization. After societal collapse, the system’s purpose was to bind the host with compatible partners to preserve humanity.
Before Arthur could get a grasp on the system or what was happening around him, the system found him two compatible partners, Mary and Karen—the sisters sold at the barter trade. And Arthur had just three minutes to rescue them. If Arthur fails? The host would die.
Episode 3
All the creepy men tried to attack the beautiful sisters as the bidding war started. Jack and Evan decided to buy the sisters to have fun and later resell them once they were done. So Jack started the bidding with one can of food.
With the clock ticking, Arthur had to complete the rescue mission before the system had him dead, as he bet a can of food and a bar of chocolate. Furious with a loser like Arthur bidding against him, Jack upped the bid to two cans. But Arthur was done with his high school bullies still trying to screw him over. However, Arthur just had thirty seconds to save his life as he bid his last can of food.
Watching Arthur Morgan try to save their lives, Mary’s and Karen’s hearts softened. As their affection level rose, Arthur was rewarded by the system with a bag full of food that ultimately saved all their lives.
