Part 1: What Are The Movie Stories That Lead To Just One Kiss Ending’s Routes?
How Does Ethan’s Support To Farrah Lead To The Realization Of Their Feelings?
Just One Kiss is something Ethan thinks about when it comes to Farrah’s Operation Hail Mary. As her BFF for 13 years, he initiates this operation to help Farrah lose her virginity before the summer.
They have reached their final years of high school by this time. However, Farrah wants them to stay friends, and Ethan respects and supports her decisions.
Little does Ethan know that Farrah hides her love letter for him. Even when he finally arranges for her dates, Farrah desperately wishes to express her love for him.
In Farrah’s mind, he could have said that he doesn’t want her to date another guy. When he asks what her type is, she would pretend to throw hints about it. Meanwhile, she compares how other guys are no match for Ethan.
At some points in the episodes, Ethan seems to finally have found the perfect guy for Farrah. Meanwhile, he prepares for his marriage to Gia, the girl whom Farrah believes to be Ethan’s match made in heaven.
This guy is Josh McCormack, and he easily makes Farrah feel comfortable. Not only does he check Farrah’s boxes, but he is also different from the previous guys.
Previously, Connor and some other guys drowned Farrah in the pool without her consent. Such things alone annoy Ethan, as he jumps to Farrah’s rescue and punishes them afterwards.
Conversely, Farrah also can’t hide her insecurity whenever she sees Ethan and Gia holding each other’s hands. They do it again even after Ethan rescues Farrah from the creeps.
What Makes Ethan’s Mother Disregard Farrah’s Presence?
Just One Kiss might stay in Ethan and Farrah’s dreams, but for his mother, that’s not something she would approve of.
Sure, Ethan’s mother, Sheryl, might have adopted Farrah and funded her school’s tuition. However, she takes it further when it comes to her financial support.
Not only that, she threatens to stop funding her tuition if she catches her in love with Ethan. Instead, she even brings up Farrah’s orphaned status and refuses to believe in her friendship with Ethan.
Instead of supporting her son’s decision, Sheryl prioritizes the Sinclair Group’s business relationship with Gia’s father. That’s how Sheryl arranges Ethan’s marriage to Gia without his consent.
On his wedding day, Sheryl even nearly forces Ethan to act nice towards Gia. That’s her other way of saying he should prioritize Gia and not Farrah.
Still, Ethan remains unshakeable when it comes to his feelings for Farrah. Knowing how Farrah has written love letters for him and not sent them, he decides to chase Farrah.
Part 2: What Does Just One Kiss Ending Story Offer For Us And What About Our Future Sequel Prediction?
What Makes Ethan And Farrah Refuse To Stay Friends Forever?
Ethan and Farrah’s feelings for each other get even more complicated in Just One Kiss Ending. 13 years of their friendship have elapsed, and there was even a time when Ethan thought Farrah didn’t care about him.
Ethan thought Josh was the only one whom Farrah cared for. Conversely, Farrah also sees there’s no way Ethan would see her. After all, the clock is ticking on Ethan’s marriage to Gia.
So, they part ways without consenting to each other. It’s only after Ethan rejects Gia in front of her father that Ethan runs to where Farrah is.
Ethan not only remembers Farrah’s love letters to him in her bedroom. Instead, he also makes it up to Farrah. He finally does when Farrah gives him two taps on her nose.
They have communicated their codes this way since childhood. For them, it’s always two taps on each other’s noses to indicate they are not okay. Farrah isn’t okay with Ethan marrying someone else, and it relieves Ethan.
By this time, not only do they start dating, but they also tease each other comfortably. After Farrah becomes a university student, she even helps Ethan run the Sinclair Group. Let’s not forget that Sheryl also becomes more supportive of their relationship.
What Do We Predict About Farrah And Ethan’s Stories In The Next Sequel?
Just One Kiss might be the current movie’s title, but we believe the title will hit differently. After all, at this point, Ethan has risen to become the Sinclair Group’s CEO. Meanwhile, Farrah is in her last university semester as an intern.
We can expect many other characters to pop up in this sequel. For instance, Josh, who used to get along well with Farrah, meets up with her during her summer breaks.
They even spend their time together playing board games until night. Josh even drives Farrah back to her apartment, and we can expect their near-ONS moments.
Meanwhile, the manipulative and materialistic Gia returns. This time, she doesn’t need her father’s consent, knowing how her father has shamed her. Instead, she returns while conspiring with other board members to sabotage Ethan.
She wishes to ensure Ethan and Sheryl will look for her once their company suffers. She also likely becomes the one poisoning Sheryl. As for this part, we can expect her framing to make Farrah look like the one doing it.
Plus, Gia’s spies also capture Farrah’s photos with Josh to frame her as the cheater. At this point, Farrah and Ethan’s loyalty to each other will be tested!
Part 3: What Do We Love About Just One Kiss Ending Stories And How It Leads To Our Predictions?
For us, Just One Kiss Ending is not only about Farrah and Ethan admitting each other’s feelings. Instead, it’s also all about their reconciliation with Ethan’s forceful mother, Sheryl.
Sheryl’s heel-face turn moments happen when she throws away Gia’s wedding ring. Like Gia’s father, she’s been fed up with her drama.
Gia might come off as a friendly and supermodel-like princess in her debut appearance. However, more episodes show her true colors as an obsessed, deranged, and self-entitled individual.
Her desperate screams after Ethan rejects her might feel comical and amusing at the same time. However, it leads us to wonder if she would use some other manipulative tactics in the next sequel.
After all, by the time the next sequel is released, the characters have become young adults. Instead of continuing her father’s business empire, we can expect Gia to cause her father’s business to plummet.
Gia’s acts of framing Farrah as the cheater and the one poisoning Sheryl will also trigger Ethan’s extended family’s opinions. From here, we can expect some scenes in the current sequel to pop up as flashbacks.
We find the characters’ interactions to be more than just entertaining. Instead, we can even predict how they will cope with situations around them in the upcoming sequel.
Part 4: Conclusion
We are glad that the characters’ allegiance has become even more solid in Just One Kiss Ending! Ethan and Farrah finally see no more reason to hide each other’s feelings. It relieves us even more when Ethan’s mother, Sheryl, experiences her heel-face turn moments.
After all, Sheryl has always been overprotective of Ethan. Many times, her overprotectiveness causes her to compare Farrah to Gia and other girls.
It’s only after she also sees Gia’s self-entitlement that she changes her stance. For more episodes showing how other characters deal with their situations, watch them on ReelShort!
