Part 2: What Stories Can We Expect in the God of Ruin Movie?
Four years ago Mia Sokolov was kidnapped and came close to losing her life. After this traumatic experience, Mia ended up mute and moved to England with her sister, Maya, ready for a new start. But her life changed when she crossed paths with Landon King. He was the Royal Elite University’s golden boy. But from day one, he became her worst rival. All came to a head when Mia Sokolov and Landon King ended up as two finalists competing for the Royal Elite University grant.
Though Mia had stopped speaking four years ago, she wanted her voice to be heard. So winning this grant and getting her paintings displayed at MET meant everything to her. Because this grant didn’t just come with a hefty cash prize of 250,000 pounds, this grant awarded the winner with a permanent acquisition at the MET collection. But winning against Landon wasn’t easy.
Landon was the rich and infuriating narcissist, but he was a brilliantly talented sculptor the campus loved. Everyone rooted for this old-money heir, while Mia was an invisible painter. Yet Mia refused to give up. So she prepared a video to campaign for the win only for her video to get faked by Landon’s friends.
With her video sabotaged, Mia was humiliated in front of the whole university as Landon King won the grant prize. Assuming Landon was the one to sabotage her video, Mia Sokolov decided to strike back against her rival, ready for war. So to steal Landon’s biggest moment, she decided to pull off a notorious prank at the REU’s annual masquerade gala.
Hiding behind a mask, she decided to shower her enemy with red paint. But her prank took a drastic turn in God of Ruin when Landon’s sculpture ended up broken and the headmistress was left injured. Worse, Mia’s actions were caught on camera. With her actions violating her enrollment visa, Mia faced expulsion threats until Landon King decided to make her his new muse and studio assistant.
Refusing to be expelled and having her future ruined, Mia Sokolov ended up trapped in Landon’s clutches. Only for her enemy to become obsessed with her, as he refused to let anyone touch her. Though Mia claimed she hated Landon, she couldn’t fight the undeniable attraction towards her rival. But when danger strikes again, can the rivals Mia and Landon survive the enemies’ trap and find their HEA?
