My Fiancée Carried My Brother’s Child I Married Another plot follows Elliot, who was devoted to his girlfriend Betty. He thought helping her rise in her career would make their relationship stronger as they were set to marry. Despite enduring constant stomach aches, Elliot hesitated to get the necessary treatment.
He planned to avoid his treatments to work on Betty’s designer projects. After all, without Elliot, Betty would have never seen the success she was riding upon. But in a twist, Elliot learnt Betty was pregnant. She was carrying Gavin Hunter’s child.
