Part 1: How Do We Explain Angie’s Stories In Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late Movie?
What Can We Know About Angelica Ray And Madison Dawn?

Angelica Ray and Madison Dawn used to grow up together in the Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late movie. It was Madison moving into the Ray family’s household after losing her parents.
They grow up differently, but Madison’s life seems far more convenient than Angelica’s. Madison never gets bullied, and when she grows up, she even becomes a cheerleader.
However, Angelica doesn’t enjoy the same privilege. We can even say that she has a little bit of a bookworm side. After all, she works her hardest in the hope that she will secure an Ivy League spot.
Angelica also takes turns with her brother, Christopher Ray, to care for Madison. They refer to Madison as Maddie, and Christopher also refers to Angelica as Angie. Meanwhile, the girls refer to Christopher as Chris.
Still, Maddie is not Chris’s little sister, and Chris and Angie know it. Chris even calms Angie down when her father pins the blame on her.
That’s because their father, Martin Ray, has resented Angie since Angie was born. That’s because he felt Angie was the cause behind the death of the woman he loves most, Stella Ray. Stella’s painting keeps accompanying Martin even after she has passed away.
Maddie was the one scratching the painting with scissors, but she pinned the blame on Angie. To worsen matters, she even uses her female minions at school to haze Angie.
How Does Angie’s Stage 4 Cancer Affect Her Relationships With Other Characters?

Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late is something that happens to Angie when her physician diagnoses her cancer. At this point, no good news for her, unless she agrees to chemotherapy and aggressive medications.
The physician’s suggestion of having Angie contact her family also doesn’t help her recover. The physician’s belief that all parents want the best for their children feels extremely triggering for Angie.
Even the physician eventually stops treating Angie when she hears Martin say he won’t visit Angie. The physician also refuses to hear from Angie that Chris, who once protected her, has now behaved differently.
Angie is sure Chris isn’t the only person wanting her to die. So, she rents a space for her funeral and carefully presents the documents to ensure her dad’s signature.
Maddie, who has hated and grown jealous of Angie since her first time moving in, sees this as an opportunity. Now and then, she would seek opportunities to haze Angie while faking her illnesses.
At the same time, she distracts Chris with her activities whenever Chris starts to feel guilty. Such things cause Chris to change from Angie’s protective brother to a judgmental and close-minded brother.
Part 2: How Does The Story In Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late Continue & End?
How Does The Thought Of The University Transition Terrify Angie?

The university transition is what each character should experience in the Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late movie. That’s also what Angie initially dreamed of. However, instead of having Chris’ support, Chris hands over her spot to Maddie.
Maddie’s full name in the school’s Ivy League poster sickens Angie. She knows she can no longer win Chris’s attention against Maddie. So, she processes her drop-out to the Principal.
Angie even abandons her medication and harms herself several times while nobody watches her. Sometimes, her thoughts wander to her childhood flashback. She also hugs her dead mother’s portrait, and the family’s maid, Fiona White, is her only supporter.
Meanwhile, Chris doesn’t quite prepare for his university entrance. Instead, he spends the budget to spoil Maddie. Chris even scolds Angie for her seemingly defiant personality and demands that she wash away her tattoo.
To make things worse, Chris, who used to stand by Angie’s side, now sides with the high school’s creep, Tommy. It shows at the prom night when they conspire with Maddie to expose Angie’s bald head.
How Do The Characters Die At The End?

Chris might have eventually realized his mistake at the end of Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late movie. That’s because Angie’s BFF, Raven, has shown Chris where Angie finally rests.
Raven also reveals Angie’s last letter to Chris before she died. That was Angie’s final goodbye to Chris and their father. Meanwhile, Raven and Fiona, a.k.a. the two kind-hearted people in Angie’s life, arrive first at the resting place.
At the same time, they don’t arrive empty-handed. They have prepared the video reels from their invisible surveillance camera. They show it when Maddie and Martin arrive, and they don’t care when Maddie tries to stop them.
They have known how Maddie’s meanness towards Angie while Angie lived has killed the poor girl. Chris also watches the entire videos Raven and Fiona show him, and it causes him to attack Maddie brutally.
Chris, Raven, and Fiona eventually join forces to beat Maddie up and break her legs. The cops arrive later to send her to jail and give her a lifetime sentence. The same jail punishment also applies to the high-school creeps.
The alcoholic, abusive, and neglectful father, Martin, eventually dies, and Chris buries him far from Angie and Stella. Chris also becomes homeless before several strangers beat him up.
Part 3: What Are Our Thoughts When We Watch Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late Movie?

Repeating Chris’s mistake in the Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late movie is the last thing we want. If we were in Chris’s position, we would, at least, ask Fiona first. Fiona might be a maid, but she sees how Maddie has hazed Angie.
Another amazing thing about Fiona lies in her noble heart. She knows who she should show kindness to, and that’s Angie, whom she treats like her daughter.
We believe that when Chris listens to Fiona, he will prevent Maddie and the high school creeps from hazing Angie. Chris also doesn’t have to yell at Angie and regret his actions every time he scolds Angie.
Unfortunately, Maddie’s manipulation has convinced not only him, but also Chris and Angie’s father, Martin.
So, we are glad that Chris finally regains his bravery when he gets a second chance to live! What’s more relieving is that everybody gets the chance to redeem their broken stories in the past.
Chris’s acts of scolding Martin in front of his actual younger sister, Angie, not only relieve Angie. Instead, his reassurance of Angie’s well-being also relieves us!
Part 4: Conclusions
It’s easy to say that Angie was once The Sister He Hated in Dear Brother You Loved Me Too Late. Chris even says he wants Angie to die, and that Maddie is his only sister.
Many early episodes’ scenes also feature Chris and Maddie hugging each other in front of Angie. We can feel Angie’s heartache and bitterness whenever they display such an affection.
Watching more episodes leads us to wish someone like Raven or Fiona would help Angie out! Yet, can they collaborate while the neglectful father, Martin, is around?
We will figure it out for sure when we unlock the episodes on the ReelShort platform!
