Part 1: Two Girls One Crown Who’s The Real Heiress Movie Plot Summary
The Kaplan family of Two Girls One Crown Who’s The Real Heiress, were famous in California. They were the most influential, wealthiest family of the city. Mr. Kaplan had come into wealth as a result of inheritance, and over the years, with the ideas he’d gotten at MIT business school, he’d expanded the family business horizon.
It was said that they owned most of the quality business buildings in the city including the empire state building. While everyone knew about the family’s wealth, nobody knew the Kaplan heiress. This was to be expected as she was girl, which made it that shielding her was an indispensable aspect of her upbringing.
But even though they didn’t know her in person, they’d heard the Kaplan family had a female heiress. Her name was Hailey Kaplan and she was previously attending a select private boarding school, located far away from town. But the heiress had encountered a lot of fake friends in her previous school and almost got into trouble as a result of it.
She’d therefore, pleaded with her father to return home and transfer to another high school closer to the Kaplan castle. Not only did she apply to transfer, she also decided to make changes in her lifestyle. Her aim was to give a more humble impression so as to be capable of making only real friends.
She refused to wear her designer clothes, refused to ride in any of the family’s luxurious vehicles and instead chose to dress cheap and take a bicycle she’d hastily purchased at a thrift store to school. Hailey Kaplan aced her role as the first lead of Two Girls One Crown Who’s The Real Heiress movie. She was a senior at the expensive Cripton High school. Hailey was born rich, no wealthy… like, she was the heiress of the Kaplan family. The one and only.
The luxuries of life were like sand and water to her. She could dress in any registered designer outfit she desired, there were Channel bags and backup Channel bags. I mean, girl lived in opulence until she got tired and desired a change. Wanting to understand what ordinary girls survived on daily basis, she decided to act poor and see if she could make real friends.
Candice Mathis
Candice Mathis was the second female lead of Two Girls One Crown Who’s The Real Heiress movie. She was also 17 and a senior high school student, taking the same classes as Hailey Kaplan. This was only made possible because the Kaplan family, for whom her mother worked as a servant, had offered to sponsor her through the same school as the Kaplan heiress.
In good will, the Kaplan family had decided to pay Candice’s tuition into the same school as Hailey. This was to alleviate her mother’s suffering. Reduce school runs and increase their family time. Because she was poor, Candice had chosen the fake life and would impersonate the Kaplan heiress.
Gail & Mackenna
Gail and Mackenna were the inseparable original bullies of Cripton high school. This was their play ground. Unlike the new transfers, Gail and Mackenna had schooled her since first grade. They were from middle class families, but who cares? Since this was their play ground from day one, it was their self assigned duties to keep everyone in their place and a new girl, riding a cartoon bicycle, looking great and making the boys heads turn, wasn’t acceptable.
Gail and Mackenna had heard from their numerous spies that the Kaplan family heir was transferring into Cripton and if that was so, they were to quickly get into her inner circle. And since they were kids, it wasn’t too difficult to fool them with shinning cars, nice perfume and big fat lies.

Hailey Kaplan had made a presumably good decision and with such righteous reasons. She wanted real friends and understood that putting on expensive things, riding in dad’s different luxury cars and showing off a lot of wealth, wasn’t going to help. Not when she’d experienced first hand, the dangers lurking behind such stance around high school students.
But it would seem she’d made the wrong choices when on arriving at the cheaper city high school only to be accosted by bullies and disrespectful individuals. While she’d chosen not to prove any points in her new school, Candice Mathis spent everything she’s saved up from her little allowance and rented a Rose Royce Phantom because first impression matters a lot.
Because she’d arrived all glistening, the opportunistic Gail and Mackenna had immediately rushed to name her the Kaplan heiress. We cannot expect that impersonation wasn’t her first intentions, but we can expect that she accepted the opportunity mistakenly presented to her to fake her way through Cripton high school.
