Zoey Whitmore (Actress: Bella Mraz)
Zoey Whitmore in the Gossip Godmother full movie used to be the only struggling scholarship student before she met the Gossip Godmother. Her scholarship isn’t the only thing she defends from herself.
She used to have her mother as her #1 supporter before her boyfriend, Micah, ruined it all through his affair.
Back then, she gave up everything, including letting Micah borrow her mother’s closet. Her mother’s saddening video call moments before she got jailed serves as the movie’s first trigger.
Meanwhile, the second trigger lies in the plot involving the Gossip Godmother. She follows this magical account under one condition. She can’t tell anyone about the Gossip Godmother, or the account won’t stop doing the magic for her.
Bella Mraz has played Zoey’s dialogue in hiding the Gossip Godmother’s involvement brilliantly. Actress-wise, we can also say this movie serves as the actress’s comeback.

Finn Hawthorne (Actor: Brady Leonard)
Finn Hawthorne’s position as the Royal Family’s nephew in the Gossip Godmother movie makes him a respectable figure. He’s the transfer student who catches the female students’ attention. Meanwhile, male students either aspire to be him or fear him.
Tate should act as the assistant for him, but unfortunately, he also sets things up for him. In addition, Tate’s behavior explains how Finn nearly dies in a car crash.
It’s the Gossip Godmother’s message that pops up on Zoey’s phone and warns Zoey of his death. Zoey rescues him, and that’s only the beginning of their romantic stories.
They continue getting together in the Casino Night, where Zoey guesses the games right. As for the actor, Brady Leonard has played Finn’s confident posture and dialogue when he lets Zoey show her intelligence.

Jax Romano is the mafia prince whom the Gossip Godmother foresees in Zoey’s Casino Night encounter. As the mafia heir, Jax is not alone when he visits the casino. Instead, his underlings accompany him before their parted ways.
Jax’s height, confidence, and protectiveness make him an intriguing and worthy romantic foe to Finn. He is not afraid of kissing Zoey and letting her indulge in his awesome six-pack body.
Such things set him apart from Finn, who appears more reserved. Yet, there are times when he has to collaborate with Finn. That’s when Zoey is about to use her Gossip Godmother’s power to expose Tiffany!
As for Jax’s behind-the-scenes actor, that’s a recently rising ReelShort actor, Nate Flores. Previously, he tended to play with Neela Jolene in werewolf movies. He has also appeared in at least three other ReelShort movies.
Bound By The Rebel Wolf and The Price Of Loving You are two werewolf movies involving his collaborations. Lately, we also see the same actor in the Ex Husband Roll Out Of My Life movie.
Micah (Actor: Corey Elder)
Gossip Godmother vertical drama shows Micah used to be Zoey’s boyfriend before she encountered the Gossip Godmother. Back then, Zoey had given him everything, from her money to her closet.
She never thought Micah would degrade her value and betray her. Yet, that’s what she sees, and she calls it quits when she calls him out at the science lab.
Micah’s affair with the queen bee bully, Tiffany, started before the movie’s story started. Additionally, Micah also weaponized Zoey’s trust by framing her mother for stealing designer bags.
Micah might have gotten Zoey’s mother jailed and temporarily gotten away with it. However, Zoey’s acts of exposing Tiffany might mean it’s too late for him to realize and apologize.
It’s the first time for Corey Elder to appear in a ReelShort movie. He previously played in a 2025-edition ex-wife-themed movie before he played in this movie. Yet, we love how he paints Micah’s comical facial expression.
Part 2: What Are Zoey Whitmore’s Stories That Involve The Gossip Godmother In This Movie?
A scholarship student named Zoey Whitmore finds the Gossip Godmother’s message popping while she waits for her boyfriend, Micah. Micah has promised to pick her up after school that day.
She trusts Micah and thinks that the Gossip Godmother is nothing but a spammy AI. It keeps messaging things Zoey thought to be far-fetched. Her mother goes to jail because of the luxury laundering framings and Micah’s affair are two of the messages.
No matter how Zoey refuses to listen to the so-called spammy AI, she can’t deny the reality. In this sense, the messages coming from her phone somehow always align with the reality she faces.
The science lab that becomes a silent witness to Micah’s affair is just the beginning. The same thing happens as she rescues a transfer student, Finn Whitmore, from a car crash.
Zoey must stick with one rule for as long as she has the Gossip Godmother backing her up. That’s to keep the future-predicting messages top secret between them. Failure to do so means the Gossip Godmother won’t help her bail out her mother.
Later episodes show how Zoey makes use of the Gossip Godmother’s power to guess things right. She starts in the Casino Night, for this venue promises a ten-grand prize for each correct guess.
