Part 1: Tame Me My Lord Movie Summary
Harper Reeves was a 22 years old college student. She was born to one of the top families of Chicago. But had lost her mother at a young age. She was singlehandedly raised by her father, who’d given her the time to grow up until she became a college student. But after she became an adult, it was time for her father to resume his own life.
The man abandoned his daughter in their estate building, refocused on work and resumed traveling the world. During the years when he was around, he had a friend named Chris. The man used to visit the mansion regularly until her father started being unavailable. He was her father’s best friend and it was during that period that Harper got to know him.
Harper was about 17 when she started seeing Chris around the house. But what Chris didn’t know was that she nursed a secret crush for him. Chris was handsome, very well built and an older man. Most times, young ladies tend to prefer older men. And this was happening to Harper. Because he was older and way out of her league, Harper guarded her little secret passionately.
But after she went to college and her dad’s absence continued to become more prominent around the house, Harper started forgetting Chris a little. But today, she was planning an end of final year party and had invited everyone from school. She was organizing requirements when she discovered they were almost out of liquor.
It was almost late, but she had to hurry and see if she could purchase more liquor. She didn’t want to ruin her only opportunity at finding some friends. And if there’s one thing young people liked in parties, it was alcohol. Because she wasn’t the going out time, she missed her way. And because it was raining, her blouse became clingy and revealing.
This unfortunately began to attract every kind of pervert on the streets. Harper wasn’t the kind of girls seen around that vicinity. Seeing as she was stranded, she decided to call her father for help from wherever he was. And her father called Chris demanding a return of a favour he owed him. Chris owned night clubs and it was part of his job to fight and punish defaulters. Now, what happens when Chris arrived to rescue Harper?

Tame Me My Lord episode 1:
Harper Reeves had stumbled into a different part of town. She’d left the house unattended and without a car… she’d been hunting for a liquor store. A hunt that had gone a little awry when it started raining. Now, not only was she outside at an odd hour, she was also beaten by the rain. She’d left the house dressed in skimpy outfit, which made it a lot easier for the rain to soak through her attire very quickly.
Her blouse was see through because she hadn’t planned for the rain and didn’t have an umbrella. She looked new in the area as this was the first time anyone had seen such a lady patrolling the vicinity. And because it was dark, a truck driver abandoned his vehicle, alighted and literally started harassing her. But Chris arrived at the nick of time to rescue her from assault.
Tame Me My Lord episode 6:
Chris was looking majestic as he alighted from his car. His line of work wasn’t strange to Harper as she’d known him closely as a teenager. But it had been more than five years since she last saw him. And the whole awesomeness of his attitude: stopping with a screech, stepping out the Ferrari gun in hand and firing at her potential abuser. Harper was awestruck.
This was the man she’d fantasized about for most of her teenage years and had carried on her mind as her picture of a perfect looking man as a young adult. He was right there in front of her looking even better than she’d ever seen him. Her day dreaming was cut short, though, when he addressed her as “Kiddo” and ordered her to get in the car.

Harper had finally been able to purchase some liquor and was driven home by Chris. But it turned out that the favour Chris owed her father included his moving into their mansion and babysitting for him. This wasn’t good for the party, nobody wanted to see an older guy around such occasions as nobody wanted to be chaperoned. But Harper was receiving threatening text messages and calls from her ex boyfriend, which was another thing her father had complained about.
Chris therefore, insisted on babysitting and making Harper uncomfortable around her peers. But he’d chosen to keep a little distance from the whole thing until things took a new turn. The Queen Bs of college were in attendance at Harper’s party and on seeing Chris and getting rejected, they would attempt to ruin her social life. But Chris rescues her yet again.

Seeing as Harper Reeves of 22 years old was nursing hot pants for Chris of about 35 years old, what do we expect from Tame Me My Lord ending? In our opinion, all was going well, Chris was giving off the aura of someone who truly cared. Because sometimes the age gap or personality of a partner doesn’t matter if they didn’t care about the other. Mostly, it is those with all the right attitude that ends up being fake.
But Chris would prove to us that what he had for Harper was out of pure intentions. He never made any moves that Harper didn’t openly ask for and never closed a gap she didn’t request. But the down side was that Chris was an excessively jealous lover. This attribute held both positive and negative implications for their relationship.
In positivity, it helped to keep her ex boyfriend who was threatening heaven and hell at bay. In negativity, Chris wanted to know every one and every thing Harper was involved in. He wouldn’t even let her speak to other boys and guarded her very jealously. Tame Me My Lord movie holds a few lessons for young people. The reason why we’re mostly single is because we keep searching in the same places we were hurt. Wouldn’t it be best to try searching in a different group. For example, if young men were elusive, try older men. If men with tattoos were elusive, then, try those without tattoos.
Funny but that’s one of the highest lessons we could learn from Tame Me My Lord movie. But the truth remains that beauty fades, the young shall grow… it is not about any of the things we see with our eyes. What is important is the intentions of our potential partners. It is more advisable to stick to the instincts and find someone who truly cares about us like Chris cared about Harper.
