Coma Movie Collection

Elena Miller spent three years in a coma — a coma she earned saving her fiancé Liam's life. She woke up to find a woman named Vanessa wearing her clothes, raising children everyone called hers, and living in every space she'd left behind. Worse, Liam and her brother James were secretly keeping her legs paralyzed to make sure she could never leave. When Elena discovered the truth and tried to fight back, her own brother whipped her ninety-nine times in a locked cellar — then walked away without looking back. So Elena stopped fighting them. She started planning. With the help of a long-estranged aunt, she rehabilitated her legs in secret, faked her own death, and vanished. In a quiet mountain town, she found a life that was finally hers — and a man who never once asked her to be grateful for being loved.
