Pizza-shop worker Claire Bennett dies in a freak accident and wakes as Evelyn Voss, the F-rank Guide who tortured four elite Sentinels in an animated series. Adrian, Kane, Elias, and Silas all have reasons to kill her. To survive four predetermined death nodes, Claire must replace forced chips with consensual deep links, heal the men's mindscapes, and win their trust. Her attempt to change Evelyn's ending soon exposes a larger scheme: adopted sister Vivian is manufacturing Sentinel riots to mandate Voss control chips, while Silas's father Magnus wants Claire's four consciousness backups to control the Federation. Claire must save the men who hate her, expose the conspiracy she skipped in the original story, and prove that love built on choice can defeat a system built on fear.
