On a full moon night five years ago, Sienna Miller, in a drunken mishap, stumbled into the wrong room and had a one-night stand with Xavier Payne, resulting in the birth of her son, Zack Miller. Fast forward four years, her son Zack begins to show strange symptoms, causing fear and misunderstanding among people, and is labeled a monster and locked up.
